VIVE Collision of Albany

I absolutely do not recommend Vive Collision. Our Tesla had never had any prior work done to it before this repair. The rear of the vehicle did NOT look like this when we dropped it off. They had our car for approximately six weeks to repair a large dent in the rear quarter panel, and they returned it with the panel and surrounding trim visibly raised and severely misaligned. We picked the car up at night and were focused on inspecting the original damage, so we noticed this obvious issue once we saw the vehicle clearly in daylight. How did this pass a final inspection? The owner’s response about not removing the trunk lid completely avoids the actual problem. We never claimed they removed the trunk. They repaired a large dent in the rear quarter panel—the same area where the panel and surrounding trim are now visibly misaligned. Whether the trunk lid was removed is irrelevant. The car had never had any prior work done to it, and it did not look like this before Vive worked on it. How can they seriously pretend this was not caused by their repair? The photos clearly show how it was returned to us. Their comment that they are “glad we had the time to inspect the work” also comes

Excellent work and excellent customer service. My car was involved in a crash. I had to bring it to the body shop to fix it. This company do a very well job and fast . Keep me updated about the stages of the job all the time

Vive handled all the details of my collision repair smoothly and the repair was finished before the scheduled date. They interfaced with my insurance co. and the rental agency. I didn’t need to do a thing! The car looks like new and, when a small detail was overlooked, they immediately addressed the problem. I can’t recommend them more highly.

After having a rear end to rear end collision in a parking lot with my Tesla Model Y, I took my car to Vive Collision for repair. They worked with my insurance company and did a beautiful job on replacing the lift back and some other minor repairs. They kept me informed of the progress of the repair on a daily basis. My car was washed and charged when I picked it up. They were great to work with!

Here’s a polished 5-star review you could post (Google, Yelp, etc.): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic experience with this collision center. The entire process was incredibly easy from start to finish, and the quality of the work was outstanding. My Tesla looks absolutely brand new — you would never know it had any damage. They even returned the car spotless, fully detailed and waxed, which was a really nice touch. Debbie was especially helpful throughout the process and kept me updated the whole time, which made everything stress-free. Highly recommend them if you want excellent work and great communication.
